  • Mark Keubler

    PRESIDENT & OWNER

    With over 25 years in business, I’ve had the privilege of leading and growing our company alongside an incredible team. I’m passionate about creating opportunities, solving challenges, and building a company culture that feels like family.

    Fun Fact: When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids—that’s what truly brings me joy!

  • Marc Rusterucci

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    I oversee the financial strategy and operations here, making sure everything adds up behind the scenes so our team can thrive. With a strong focus on planning and accountability, I help keep the business running smoothly and sustainably.

    Fun Fact: I’m married with three awesome boys, two dogs, and a big love for all things Disney—so much so that I’d love to move there someday!

  • Ed Jolley

    VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    With over 39 years in Commercial Construction, I focus on supporting our teams, managing budgets, and driving new business to keep KTM growing strong.

    Fun Fact: I love gardening, golfing, cheering on my Clemson Tigers, and trying to keep up with my laid-back French Bulldog—when I’m not coaching young springboard divers!

  • Chris Keubler

    VICE PRESIDENT OF ESTIMATING

    With 15+ years in construction and estimating, I focus on accurate bids and efficient project planning. I’m proud to follow in my dad Mark’s footsteps and carry on the family passion for the industry.

    Fun Fact: Outside of work, I’m into golf, DIY projects, and finding ways to make things run smoother—on and off the job site.

  • Ron Pouilly

    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    I’ve been with the team since 2018, leading projects with a focus on collaboration, precision, and long-term results. With years of experience and a passion for problem-solving, I enjoy helping our clients bring their visions to life.

    Fun Fact: I’m happily married with four wonderful kids—and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me tending to my bee hives. I love bringing in fresh honey to share with the team!

  • Tracy Bowman

    OFFICE MANAGER

    I started KTM Builders in 2018 and love the fast-paced nature of the construction world. I handle billing, accounts, and licensing to keep our projects running smoothly.

    Fun Fact: I live in Ringgold with my husband Mitch. I’m a twin (the nice one!) and a proud “Mimi” to 10 grandkids. I love kayaking and traveling in my free time.

  • Jared Fowler

    ESTIMATIOR

    I’m a detail-oriented Project Expediter/Estimator with a background in construction estimating, procurement, and project coordination. I’m experienced with Procore, Planhub, PlanSwift, and more, and hold a degree in Engineering Management along with OSHA 10 and Procore Estimating certifications.

    Fun Fact: When I’m not working with blueprints, I’m probably outdoors bush beating—a skill that helps me tackle challenges in both nature and construction!

  • David Thornburg

    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    Hi, I’m David Thornburg, Senior Project Manager. I’ve been with the team for a while and bring years of hands-on experience guiding projects from start to finish. I take pride in building strong relationships and making sure every detail gets the attention it deserves.

    Fun Fact: I’m a proud husband, dad of three, and grandpa to four amazing grandkids. I love golf, fishing, rebuilding classic cars—and I’ve got a serious soft spot for flamingos!

  • Hunter Clift

    ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

    I’ve been a Assistant Project Manager here since 2024. I work closely with our project managers to help keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and bring a detail-oriented, team-first mindset to every project.

    Fun Fact: When I’m not at work, I’m usually out riding my motorcycle or ATV—or hanging out with my four dogs.

  • Noel Waters

    DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS

    I’m a graduate of Bryan College and Chattanooga State, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration focused on Marketing Management. I love connecting with people and helping our clients feel welcomed and valued from the very first interaction.

    Fun Fact: I’m married, have two adorable fur babies, and love making a great first impression—both in and out of the office!

  • Alexis Allman

    PROJECT COORDINATIOR

    Alexis is new to the construction world and loves using past customer service skills to be the peoples go to as a project coordinator. She is excited to grow in the industry. 

    Fun Fact: When Alexis is not working, you can find her chasing live music or trying new restaurants!
